We currently ship only within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Business days do not include Sundays or national holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

In case of promotional offers such as free shipping, the same will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

If you do not receive tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
